Chapter 1 General principles

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to set forth the rights of the Company and users in using the PlaySongSparty service operated by Bicycle Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') and the conditions, procedures, responsibilities, and other matters necessary for the use of the service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

As used in these Terms, the following terms have the following definitions

    1. PlaySongSparty Service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service') refers to the service of the 'Company' that provides educational contents for infants and young children through the PlaySongSparty Application.
    2. PlaySongSparty Application (hereinafter referred to as the 'Application') is software that the 'User' must install on the 'Terminal Device' to use the 'Service' and is provided by the 'Company'.
    3. The types and details of 'Services' are guided through 'Applications' and include the following services.
      A. "Sound Book" refers to the "Service" that provides online access to the PlaySongs Sound Book.
      B. 'Play' refers to the educational content 'service' that is played using the soundbook.
    4. 'User' means a person who installs the 'Application' on the 'Terminal Device' or uses the 'Service' provided by the 'Company' through the 'Application' preloaded on the 'Terminal Device' after agreeing to the contents of these Terms and Conditions, and refers to 'Full Member' and 'Guest User'
      A. 'Full Member' refers to a 'User' who can use both paid and free 'Services' by signing a paid 'Service' use contract with the 'Company'.
      B. 'Guest User' refers to a 'User' who does not enter into a paid 'Service' use contract with the 'Company' and can use the free 'Service' designated by the 'Company'.
    5.'Terminal device' refers to any device that can install and operate the 'Application', such as smartphones, PADs, etc.
    6.'Content' refers to materials or information expressed in symbols, characters, text, voice, sound, image or video used in information and communication networks under Article 2, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. provided through the 'Service' and produced or processed in electronic form to increase its utility in preservation and use, including Sound Book, Doodle Play, Puzzle Paly, Stamp Play, Memory Play, etc.
    7. "Monthly Subscription" means a Service product that allows you to use the Paid Service during the applicable "Monthly Subscription Service Period" by paying the Service fee in full before the start of the "Monthly Subscription Service Period" (automatically paid every month after the initial payment) and using the Paid Service during the applicable "Monthly Subscription Service Period".
    8.'Term ticket' refers to a product that allows the 'Member' to use the paid 'Service' for a period of time mutually agreed upon by the 'Company' and the 'Member' at the time of purchase of the 'Service' (usage period presented at the time of payment).

Article 3 (Provision of 'Company' Information, etc.)

The Company shall post the contents of these Terms, its name, name of representative, business address (including the address of the place where consumer complaints can be handled), telephone number, e-mail address, business license number, and mail-order business registration number on the initial screen of the Application (hereinafter referred to as the "App Page") so that users can easily recognize them. However, some related contents may be made available to the 'User' through the connection screen.

Article 4 (Amendments to Terms, etc.)

Matters not provided for in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Content User Protection Guidelines, and other relevant laws and regulations or common practice.

Chapter 3 Use of 'Content'

The 'Company' will display the following information about each 'Content' provided in the 'Service' on the 'App Page' for the 'User' to understand.
    1. the name or title of the "content"
    2. content, method of use, fees and other terms of use of 'Content'

Article 13 (How to Use the Content)

If a minor under the age of 19 wishes to use the paid 'Service', the 'Company' shall obtain the consent of a legal representative such as a parent or legal representative, or take measures to notify the minor before concluding the contract that the minor or his/her legal representative may cancel the contract if the consent is not obtained after concluding the contract.

If the Company becomes unable to provide the Service for reasons such as switching business items, abandoning the business, or other management judgment, the Company may terminate the Service by notifying the User 60 days prior to the scheduled date of termination of the Service.

The 'Company' may change the 'Service' provided in accordance with operational and technical needs if there is a substantial reason, and in this case, the 'Company' shall notify the 'User' of the contents of the 'Service' to be changed and the date of provision in accordance with Article 10 [Notification to the 'User'], and Article 10.2 shall apply to this.

The payment method for the 'Service' fee can be made through the app market payment (in-app payment) method. However, depending on the payment method, the user's payment amount may differ, and the Company may charge additional costs (fees, etc.) according to the user's payment method and payment institution along with the 'Service' fee.

Fees are billed monthly in advance, except as otherwise provided in these Terms.
